RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY!

Here at Tyres Planet, we aim to provide products and services of excellent value. We strive to ensure our products deliver the features and functions that people need and we carefully test them to meet their criteria.

1. Return

1.1. You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase, as seen on the invoice. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the same packaging (stickers) still attached, see conditions of return (2).

1.2. Within the 10 calendar days of purchase, if you wish to return the items, the items must be returned to the original store they were purchased from and the quality of the tyres will be assessed. We hold the right to deny and reject the return of items.

1.3. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. We will discuss the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via original method of payment.

1.4. No returns after 10 calendar days will be accepted.

2. Conditions of Return

2.1. We will not accept a return under the following conditions:

2.1.1. Road hazard injury (e.g., a cut, snag, bruise, impact damage or puncture, whether repairable or not).

2.1.2. Improper repair or mounting of the tyre.

2.1.3. Mechanical irregularities of the vehicle; including misalignment of wheels resulting in uneven rapid wear.

2.1.4. Tyres fitted to or used with incompatible or improper valves, rims or wheels.

2.1.5. Tyres which were carrying loads or running at speeds higher than the load/speed rating indicated on the index marked on the tyre sidewalls.

2.1.6. Tyres without proof of purchase or which has noticeably been stored improperly.

3. On Road Legality

3.1. When the wheels and tyres on a car are changed, this can alter its legality on the road. It is the vehicle owners' responsibility to contact relevant road and traffic authorities prior to the modifications being undertaken to see if they are permitted. Tyres Planet is not liable for any legal issues that may arise with the purchase and installation of tyres.

4. Refunds

4.1. All returns incur a 14% restocking fee which will be deducted from any refund.

4.2. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Cancellation and Returns

5.1. We do not accept any returns after 10 days from the issue date of invoice.

5.2. Freight and travel charges are NON-refundable – all freight is to be paid by the customer at their own expense.

6. Warranty

6.1. Due to the wide variety of products, the products are only generally covered by their manufactures warranty.

6.2. This warranty will no longer apply where the defect is a result of alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect or where subsequently repaired or modified by an unauthorized service agent.

6.3. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or normal service life.
